I just started back to an activity/exercise program and I'm absolutely loving the attention and assistance being given me by Kedgy and Brianna! I'm also doing the water aerobics on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and it's a fabulous workout. And Captain Kedgy always makes it fun. Thanks FL for getting me "back on the saddle" and on my way to a healthier me!

Fitness Lady is a fantastic place! The trainers, Kedgy and Brianna, are the best. With their guidance and the super supportive group of ladies to work out with, this is truly a no fail fitness program.
I've been a member of FL for 25 years! Exercising is a daily part of my everyday life. I owe it to Kedgy and her awesome staff for always being there to advise, encourage, and be my cheer leader for living a HEALTHY, HAPPY, & PRODUCTIVE life!

When I started I had just left my doctors and haas weight issues and sugar issues . Now 19 months later I'm down 20 lbs and my sugar level has been normal for 12 months. When I recently had a stress test on a treadmill I passed , the workouts are doing much for me we are trying not taking my Afib medicine for 6 months
