Tried the step n dance class this morning with Kedgy & the ladies & I have to say it was awesome! :) Great workout & so much fun.
Fitness Lady cares for ALL of you---your body, mind and soul. Highly recommend. The Staff is there for you--in the good times and in the bad times. With the help of Fitness Lady and commitment on my part, I have dropped down 6 sizes-WAS 26 NOW 14!! Thanks.

This has got to be the most positive, caring, up beat fitness center around. I have never experienced what I see every day. These trainers care about every single lady that comes through the door. There is no way a woman can walk out the door and not feel loved and cared for. These ladies are there for you and cheering you on to better health. Come see what I'm talking about yourself!!
