Fitness Lady is the best, this is not only a great facility but great people. If you get off the "wagon" as we all do, you better believe that Kedgy is there to pick you up and be on your side. She is the best and sincere about your health, she gives us all that "push" we sometimes need. So "thank you" Kedgy, I needed my push and you gave it to me! I love this place!

I love this facility!! I was apprehensive about joining a gym because I'm very self conscious, but once I entered, I immediately felt at ease and important. Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Brianna is helpful, supportive, patient, and encouraging. I'm thrilled to be a member of Fitness Lady!

Very clean facility & super friendly staff. Brianna is very knowledgeable and will work with you and your schedule to help you achieve your goals. She is super supportive and very approachable with any fitness or diet related questions you may have. My daughter enjoys the time she spends in the child care that is offered at this facility as well. :)
Since I've been working out at Fitness ladies I have lost some I have changed my eating habit I'm doing just great I'm going to keep on working out let's do this and plan to meet my goal I am loving this
The best fitness center I've ever been to .everyone are careing, and helpful.
They are the most caring Fitness people I know. They just don't want you to drop pounds but get healthy stay safe and be smart. They offer way more then just Fitness.
