Friendly, very clean, Christian atmosphere!
I was in search of step aerobic platform to workout at home. After calling Fitness Lady, I was able to get a great deal on one. Brianna was very nice to me over the phone and even nicer in person. Ms. Kedgy showed me some basic steps and boy did she work my buns out! If any female no matter what age group is in need of a good workout, go see Ms. Kedgy she is a fireball of good energy!
You don’t have to be afraid to come back to or become a new member of Fitness Lady! You can completely trust that Kedgy, Brianna, and staff are all there to make sure you come back safely and strongly. I am at high risk for COVID-19. I’m 59 years old, obese, diabetic, and have high blood pressure, but coming back to Fitness Lady was a no-brainer for me. Professional, clean, knowledgeable and convenient. Such a welcoming atmosphere and the value for the money is top notch.
I’m really enjoying our new tabata fit class that Bri does. Thursday night we had to do lunges and those have to be the hardest exercise for me to do but I have to say Thursday night I saw a huge progress in my lunges so that means I’m getting stronger and stronger!! I love my Fitness Lady!!!
