Fitness Lady is the most positive place I have ever been...expert instructors, the best equipment, the best classes, the wonderful pool and sauna area...they treat everyone like family!!! It’s the perfect place for any level of physical ability. Kedgy and Bree are the best!!

Great place to workout, exercise, swim, get diet info, & staff is super supportive & helpful to keep one motivated! Super friendly staff & members & VERY clean. I have been a member off & on for over 30 years. Kedgy & staff are the BEST!!!
I have never felt more welcome in a place then I do in this Gym. They are the most encouraging and amazing ladies I have encountered since living in Shreveport/Bossier! I could not be happier I started my fitness journey with them!
