Amazing fitness classes for all tastes and fitness level. My favourites are Zumba with Leidy, the class is very dinamic, fun and full of feel good energy, she makes sure everyone gets to enjoy the class and gets a good workout! My other favourite class is boxing with Lee, super good class that makes sure you challenge yourself and improve your fitness while adapting to different levels and ensuring you get a good boxing technique. 100% recommended Fitness Hub!

I had the chance to take Zumba lessons with Leidy, the Zumba instructor; she is very kind, patient and nice with the Al students. It was lovely to take part in. Fun way to work out and dance!

This review has been a long time coming. These guys are wonderful and the Fitness Hub is such an asset to the local area. My two children have been regulars for a while now attending the boxing class in particular. They absolutely love the class and the trainer Lee, who has been nothing but encouraging and a motivating force - so not only are they enjoying the physical aspect of the classes, but they've also developed resilience and confidence. I joined FHEL in February 2024, having never properly joined a gym before! I mainly attend Moss and Doinitas classes, and cannot thank them enough for the encouragement that they have provided throughout! The staff at FHEL have allowed me to gain a confidence and strength that I never realised I had, which I am forever greatful for! Looking forward to many more classes at the hub 💪
