Just completed their FREE 8 week online coaching programme. I really enjoyed it and it gave me something to work towards each day. There were exercises to complete and i altered these were needed for my ability. There was plenty of information each day on nutrition and lifestyle choices and the pitfalls to look out for. I did not do progress pictures as it is just not me but I did loose inches. I feel fitter and will continue with what I have been taught. I have just completed an 8 week online programme with fitness formation and although it was free it was sooo good so informative so educational so motivating, the workouts were great- it was the extra push I needed in my training. I honestly can’t fault Ff, they know their stuff, I used to live in Lancaster and was a member of the gym, I don’t know any other place like it. Thank you so much for all your help Dan I thoroughly enjoyed the programme.

Fitness Formation is hands down one of the most welcoming and supportive gyms I’ve been to.
