Fantastic gym. Great to have a routine and the support is excellent. I feel so much fitter and healthier and my aches and pains have gone away. Shane and Kathryn give personal guidance and advise when to increase weights. I had originally joined to lose weight and get in shape for my daughters wedding (which was mid July) but this is now a part of my lifestyle and I will continue to be a part of this wonderful gym community.

Since joining Fitness 50+ in May 2025 I already feel fitter, healthier, stronger and toned, which had been my initial goals. It has spurred me on to a much healthier lifestyle. The structure of the sessions makes me feel disciplined and I can honestly say I look forward to each session. Shane and Kathryn are always at hand during sessions, ensuring you are using each piece of equipment correctly and safely. The group are so friendly and have made me feel very welcome.
