Big thank you to Neil at Fitbank. While awaiting back surgery he has helped me to deal with the pain so much better and improved my mobility by trialling different treatments including various stretching exercises, the use of specialist equipment, heat/cold applications, posture/walking advice and core strengthening exercises. He was very knowledgeable about my particular issues because he had taken the time to do so much research to enable him to give the best advice. Thank you Neil you have made a big difference!

The training I’ve done at fit bank has simply been the best I’ve done anywhere!. I’ve trained at many gyms over the years, sometimes up to 5 times a week. I’ve never got the results I have since training here once a week with Neil. With his years of experience and vast knowledge, I’m in the best shape of my life at 43!. I’ve trained here for about 3 years and it doesn’t happen over night. But with the right trainer, I’m continuing to improve my fitness and general health. My son is currently receiving treatment from Neil, for fallen arches, muscle loss and retraining the way he walks. Neil has been so committed, informative and his knowledge is endless. My son really looks forward to his weekly session and it’s becoming the highlight of his week as he has fun as well as exercises.
