Terrible staff and disgusting hygiene. Not to mention the steamroom that has not worked for about 6 months.

Facilities manned 24/7 and helpful staff always on hand with any questions that arise or issues that need rectifying. Always a staff member cleaning whether it’s 2pm or 2am. Sauna and steam room in this gym put it above the rest in the area!

Con artists. Have been trying to cancel my membership since March. Staff either blantantly ignore you for days on end. Or when they get back to you they have no explanation for mid contract price increases. So far I’ve been quoted THREE cancellation fees ranging from £340 to £170 to back up to £205 after continuing to pay FIVE MONTHS of membership. Please think twice on joining this gym. They get you in and promise there’s a 12 month contract and you can cancel after. They then try to charge obscene amounts of money and clai... read more
