Rosie was excellent - very professional. A delightful experience having a facial and back massage.
Had afternoon tea and it was very nice. Lovely room, nice and bright. Excellent service.

Stayed for my husbands birthday treat. Spent a morning in the spa which was fabulous. Nice outdoor hot tub, lovely massages. Had Sunday lunch in the dining hall and it was amazing. Beautiful roast dinner and lovely apricot cheesecake to follow. We stayed overnight in Room 1 which was huge. Separate lounge area, large bedroom and massive bathroom with walk in shower. Eccellente esperienza: ottimo hotel, camere grandi, pulito, molto silenzioso perché in mezzo alla natura e ottimo ristorante. È presente una Spa di cui purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire perché siamo rimasti solo una notte. Il personale è molto gentile e cortese Se torniamo a Ludlow certamente scegliamo questo hotel
