Bought my wife a used Crosstrek. was supposed to be called when the permanent tags arrived. Never received a call. The 30 day tags expired and they never called. Had to go back and get another set of 30 day tags and was told they'd call. They never did. Kept calling them and kept getting the runaround. The second set of 30 day tags expired and still noone got back to us about tags. The car was not cleaned very well. Apparently repeat business isn't a high priority.

Just purchased a new vehicle from the Subaru Department I’ve dealt with first team for years and have bought quite a few vehicles from them and I’ve always been treated fairly and they worked with me. Great bunch of people over there, I’d buy another car from them.

Why to NEVER buy a vehicle from First Team Auto Mall. I bought a Nissan Rogue from First Team Nissan. Wrote a check they said they wouldn’t cash until payday. They cashed it early causing an overdraft. I traded a car. They didn’t pay the correct amount and it took over two months for them to get it corrected. The employees said it was our responsibility.
