Turned in a lease in 12/2019 and was told that final 3 payments would be forgiven (apparently this distinction was for a new Nissan purchase, this was NOT made clear) and purchased another auto. Given the run around on clearing those payments since then and told today that they will not honor this. This is the fourth purchase from First Team but it will be our last. Have reported this to the Better Business Bureau.
RecommendedI am so glad that I went here. We were not planning on buying a car for a while with ours paid off and life left in it. Sadly an 18 wheeler switching lanes and not seeing us changed those plans. We went up there to look at a car that we ended up not loving cause I’m 6’4 and need space. Our salesman Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable. He knew I needed heard room and showed a few he knew would work. Could place to do business with.friendly staff willing to help
My wife took her Nissan out to first team auto Mall to have some routine maintenance done. We were charged $30 for them to clean the battery and the terminals. The next day the car wold not start. Upon inspection I found that the battery terminals were extremely corroded and dirty. We were charged for something they did not do. When going back out to show pictures to their service team they ignored it and one of the sales people whom I showed the picture to also ignored the issue. got me in today.to get state inspection
my wife bought an equinox from this place. needless to say, we regret buying. come to find out, everything on the equinox has been replaced. probably from a junkyard. have no idea if the miles on odometer is actual. none of this was disclosed. on top of that, paying almost 20,000 on a vehicle that was valued at 4500. people, do research on vehicle before buying. we learned a valuable lesson. used car dealers are thieves
my 81year old father in law took his 2004 Nisson to FTN, in Jan. of 2019, paid $1295.00 to fix a fault that showed up on the dashboard. In Feb. he returned the pathfinder with the same problem, we were assured it would be ready in a few days, its now July and it is still not ready, with each trip to see the person who is keeping track of the Vehicle we are told the same story, we can't get a part that works !?!? Come on guys, it takes half a year to find a part... somethingm smells like BS !
