Well I have bit my tongue long enough. I would like to share my experience at first team auto mall with everyone. I have been way too nice throughout the whole situation and the end result has angered me quite a bit. My car had to have some engine work done and was at first team for a little over a month. 9:30 appointment for vehicle inspection and dropped off car early. Multiple calls to the service manager later with no call back after asking for an update I show up after 3:00 and they haven't even pulled it Ito the garage. This place is so disorganized and they answer the phone with this corny greeting that touts their focus on service which is nonexistent.

Couldn't ask for any better of a team than First Team of Roanoke and First Team of Christiansburg. They all are so great and truly care to make the customer as happy as possible. I didn't think I was going to walk off the lot with a 2016 but I sure enough did, it was one of the first ones they ever got in. David Dillon and his staff are simply amazing. Have dealt with him since 1989 and all three of my daughters have purchased cars from them. I bought 13 cars from him myself over the years. They treat you like family. George Pelton has built a legacy and David does a great job of carrying it on.
