I drove down from Tazewell, VA on Saturday to view an Audi Allroad on your Prestige lot and was approached by a salesman named Jason from Ohio. I have never been treated and talked to so rudely EVER at a car lot! If he gets that bent out of shape over basic questions about buying a used car then he is in the wrong field. After I drove that far to see this car and after the way I was treated I don't think I'd buy a bicycle from First Team! I don't even know what else to say. Horrible service? Finally got the chance to view the vehicle I purchased from Ride Today recently on a Friday evening. Hadn't even driven the vehicle 100 miles and the master cylinder/abs valves are bad..take back and they jerk me around on that issue..thank god I had purchased a 2500 additional warranty. Go out to get in it this evening and there's issues behind the dash with actuators. You'll hear from legal representation this week..I wouldn't buy a Nissan Subaru or Volkswagen from them..much less a used vehicle. I could have bought a new ... read more
