I had a appt. @8:00am for a basic service and still waiting on vehicle at 1000am. Unacceptable service. When I asked one of the advisors what’s going on they said my vehicle wasn’t written up till 8:16am and that they were busy. That’s a lie unless the computer has a default in it. I was here promptly at 8am. This is also why you have a appt early so you want get stuck here all day. Not a happy customer.
Was driving home from Cape Hatteras when I picked up a nail in my tire so I Googled closest Toyota dealership near me and drove straight to First Team Toyota. Within an hour they had my tire patched and I was on my way. Due to the fact that I had the tire protection when I bought the truck there was no cost to me.
Can never get on the phone with the service department, they DO NOT return phone calls and apparently don’t answer then either. I guess they don’t like business.
Mechanics weren't knowledgeable enough to know a 17 year old part from a year old part. Never taking my vehicles there again
