I wish there was a NEGATIVE in front of this #1..........The salesmen were so UNFRIENDLY and so NOT willing to work or negotiate a fair price!!! I will NEVER go back to 1st Team Toyota or RECOMMEND this dealership to any of my friends! �
We have been sold on First Team since 2010 when my husband and I purchased our 2011 Toyota Camry. We faithfully return to First Team for all routine maintenance and anything else that comes up with our car. The staff there is amazing and always friendly and accommodating. Malorie in the service area is great!! First Team is not close to where we live, but the consistent service level we receive makes it worth the drive. My girlfriend decided to go to your location today with her sister today both looking for vehicles. They dealt with Ron not sure of the last name however. I am appalled at the experience that they both have told me about once I got home. They way he had the audacity to speak to them is disgusting especially to be spoken down on. The service department and sales department have been wonderful for our family! I highly recommend Bartley Barefoot in the business office to help you get the best financing, Mike McCoy as an honest sales person, and Vinnie in service who is honest and works hard to keep customers happy. I never felt rushed in the sales process, financing process, and in service Vinnie is extremely patient. My husband bought a Toyota Tacoma from them about a year ago. Since he drove it off the lot it has shook uncontrollably when reaching a certain speed. Literally the day after purchase he spoke with someone about this and it needed a whole new part... this shows the truck wasn’t checked or inspected properly prior to selling to the public. Since then he has taken his truck in there 4 other times due to the same issue not being resolved.
