I have bought several vehicles from here, but have been having trouble with service department with all three. Last year bought a brand new Tacoma fully loaded and was told service department would be better if I bought it. Went in for regular service today and was told there is a recall on the truck. Understand this is not their fault, however they wanted to put me in a Jeep Compass for over a month. Not sure how that is comparable. Plus being 6’-4” and 220lbs helps. Wold never go there again for a Car Purchase!! They totally lost my trust!!
Looking for a Toyota? Head straight to First Team Toyota and ask for Chris DeMaar. He knows his products in and out. He's straightforward, friendly and makes it all very easy. We recently bought a Toyota 4Runner and while Toyota products can carry themselves, Chris and the GM, Gerry Reust, made our experience very pleasant. We now have two vehicles purchased through the First Team group and can only say great things about our experiences there.
It started rocky a couple weeks ago when I took my car in because it would not start. The car was fixed but I did not agree with what was done. Three weeks later same thing as I predicted would happen to the service representative. The car got towed from Va beach and finally repaired properly. I was reimbursed for the miss diagnosis and original repairs. It was a long road to get there but First Team got it right. Thank you to Ryan and the service manager.
A part was ordered & Paid for and a time to put it on . I was sent a text to confirm my appointment . I confirmed it ..I show up for my appointment and wait in the tv waiting room . Then I am told the part isn't in and I'd have to reschedule . I was furious . I reschedule and come back . No im sorry or this is on us for your trouble .. nothing ! So yes you lost a long time customer with poor Customer timer service . Priority Toyota will be getting my business and my family's business from now on.
Great selection of cars and salesman are very knowledgeable. While inside waiting for my car to be fixed everyone that walked by greeted me and made me feel welcome.
Great place to buy a car. The people were great to work with.
