When we call to make appointment, we are always greeted by last name. Last time I had my Sienna in for noise, Adam was very kind to follow up my warranty and ensure that we had transportation such as rental for couple of days while expedited our service since had to go out of town. Thanks Adam for your great service.
The wait time is unreal. I wish the scheduling was better. My appointment was at 3PM for a tire rotation, 5 came around and I was still there. This happens every time I come to get my car serviced... and I have to get it serviced here or my warranty gets voided. Please stop being money hungry and never saying no to people because it’s bad service for the ones who make an appointment. Quality is going down in my eyes.
Absolutely the worst dealership ever!!! Please do not buy a vehicle from Toyota.... once they get your money they simply do not care about you or their product!!!

From the salesman to the service department, my husband and/or I have been told things that have turned out to be untrue or not given pertinent information in regard to cost of services. The service department relies on the fact that buyers should have memorized ALL of the purchase agreement and are therefor not required to discuss routine maintenance costs when bringing the car in for said maintenance.
