Absolutely worst place I’ve dealt with buying a vehicle. Everything seemed great when we can in and got our used vehicle. We traded in the edge we had for an explorer for the space. They worked with us which we thought seemed nice, turns out they worked with us to get rid of their issue. Not 4 days after having the vehicle it won’t start. Faulty battery I buy a almost $200 battery fixed car. They stated that their notes didn’t say anything about a bad battery but batteries don’t go bad in 3 days. I been having problems with an AIRBAG light on my Toyota Tacoma. First Team track the problem down to a faulty remote Starter module. Funny thing is I never knew I had a remote starter module. Cool they are ordering a new one and now I have a new function for my truck. Miranda kept me advised of what was going on with my truck and made scheduling my next visit to have it replaced a breeze. I am the first one to complain when things go wrong however each time First Team has stepped up and stood behind their vehicles.

Awful, I attempted to reach out for a no BS purchase deal and the phone rep they had call me was very abrasive, condescending and rude. I even said “thanks for your time” and she hung up and called back. I wouldn’t recommend nothing with this dealership.

Huge thanks to Mindy for all of her help this weekend as we purchased our new (to us) RAV-4!! The entire buying process was smooth, we got to test drive a few cars before deciding on the RAV. They hung in with us well last closing time to finish up the deal and bought pizza for our hungry kids to eat while we worked on the paperwork. We got a great deal on our car and I would highly recommend them for anyone shopping for a new car!

The people at First Team are "Top Notch". We were looking to move up from a Tacoma to a Tundra. Was easily able to shop online and found the truck equipped with what we wanted and even during this pandemic felt comfortable visiting the dealer and worked the deal. We bought a Toyota Sienna 2016 XLE yesterday. My husband googled the day before and scheduled an appointment yesterday at 10am. The salesman called at 8:30am to offer to bring the car to us. We are ready to view the car. The salesman brought the car to our house. This is the first salesman that wears a mask and the van was clean when it was shown to us. Because they employ associates that automatically think bc I am latino I should get "deported" and "lynched" at an event I attended. I dont believe in racism or stereotyping someone bc of the way they look, their religious preference, or political preference. Even though these comments were made from the associate "off hours", on facebook, it will indirectly cause me to never to buy a car from your establishment. Thank you for your time.
