The unfortunate thing about me dealing with Manitowoc Van Horn is I had just dealt with absolute incompetence at Van Horn Plymouth. Manitowoc had an uphill battle and put a smile on my face. They found the issue right away, fixed it earlier than they said, and I got my truck back to me a day earlier. That’s good service.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 12:30 and my vehicle was already being looked at by 12:25. I was very impressed with the speed they were able to repair my vehicle.
Robert Kakuk was so nice to my husband and I from the minute we walked in the door. He found us a car that was in our price range and kept in contact with us every step of the way. We will continue to do business with Van Horn and Robert in the future.
