Never doing business with Van Horn car/truck dealerships anymore! My long story starts in 2016, when I bought my brand new 2016 Ram Quad cab, longbox ¾ ton 4x4 with the Cummins Diesel. Time was 10:15am on a sunny Friday morning. Did some looking around and Van Horn had the truck on their lot in Plymouth. I have been a regular at Van Horn C, D, R, & J. They are my quick service place to go providing quick, clean lubes, tire balancing and rotation. But when things have gone wrong and service is required I have found Chuck in maintenance indispensable, predominantly because I trust him. He gets things done right, is accessible when there is a question, and has never been one to tack on this or that “extra” that run up bills unnecessarily.
Bought a Dodge Durango today and the customer service was outstanding. This dealership went out of their way to make what I needed happen. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you again!
