First time, since the takeover, took 1.5 hours yesterday 1115 to 1245 for free oil change and tire rotation on Jeep Wrangler. Can't wait until free service is up, will take elsewhere.
Our situation started with the very real potential of becoming ugly really quick, however the staff at the dealership stepped up assumed responsibility and went above and beyond for us. Just bought my new jeep from them and they were so willing to work with me. Everyone was so helpful and treated me with respect. They were even kind enough to throw in a cargo liner for the back of my jeep because they knew I had a dog. Super pleased with my experience there.
Excellent experience. Highly recommend. They put us in a better vehicle than I was looking for at a cost less than we asked for. Very pleased.
They performed my air bag recall and were able to get me in for an appointment before I left for a trip out of state. They also did an oil change and tire rotation. Chuck was very friendly and called me immediately to answer a few questions I had. My car ran great, and I felt good knowing my family was safer, having the air bags properly functioning.
I dealt with the collision center and enterprise rentals. My car was due to be done before thanksgiving, but they found something else wrong and needed to order parts. Long story short they worked with my insurance and enterprise to keep the rental. Car looks fantastic and they kept he involved through the whole process.
