RecommendedI had Robert Kakuk .I was not planning to buy brand new but he was so patient and explained everything and sometimes had to so more than once .I also felt he took his time let me mull it over and I felt comfortable with everything he even went out of his way to offer beverages and popcorn and any questions he had the answers if not he found out.I did not even feel like he was pushing his sale .Moving forward I hope all my experiences will be has positive to keep my vehicle well maintained.

I agree with the others, they lied to me too. Never buy a car from them! they don't deserve Manitowoc's business, the managers name is Rodney Steffen and he's a cheat!!!
Purchased a vehicle from Van Horn. was lied to and staff also failed to follow through on promises multiple times. They could care less about their customers, only care about your money. Absolutely awful experience, you are better off going through someone else even if it costs you more!!
On Monday December 10th 2018, I totaled my Chrysler 300 . My insurance company settled quickly so I only had a rental vehicle until Monday December 17th . I originally planned on purchasing a Dodge Journey from my hometown dealership in Fond du Lac but they weren't willing to negotiate on price or throw anything in extra . The worst experience ever! Kind when you walk in, but that’s it. 2 different salesman, completely non-responsive. Going somewhere else to make a purchase. Very disappointed!!
We recently bought a used truck from Van Horn of Manitowoc. They worked well with us on pricing and gave us a fair deal. When we had questions, they gave us a cell number which I could text when needed. When we had a faulty part, they drove 3 hours to pick it up from our house, fixed it at no cost to us, and had it back in 3 days! We are very impressed and would recommend this dealership to anyone!
