My experience is the result of FCA Chrysler’s eco-diesel motor! I had issues with the motor last November when it had 98k miles on it!! I knew there was a major problem but van horn said it was nothing! Had a service guy ride with me to hear it. Now it’s 12/31 and the motor blows up!! It has 100,700 miles on it. RecommendedA few weeks ago Duane brought his Jeep in for an oil change & tire rotation. After leaving he discovered that the technician had broken off a lug nut on the spare tire carrier during the tire rotation. He contacted Dan the following week to see how to remedy the situation, figuring that he would need to replace the whole carrier. After evaluating the situation Dan had the carrier repaired free of charge at a local machine shop. Because their “internet” sales team has no clue what they are doing! We drove 3 hours to see a truck that was sold.
I’ll be honest, when I bought my used car a few years back, I was very unsatisfied. But yesterday, I left with a new vehicle and I’m overly happy with the service I received. They were helpful, explained everything great and helped me get a vehicle I’ve wanted for awhile! Definitely see Robert Kakuk for buying a vehicle!
