They are super helpful and quick in the process of buying a car but when that car has issues even after a couple visits to the service department they are not as responsive. Owned a car from there less than a month and I have my third service scheduled on a 2018 Jeep Compass. I understand things happen but I shouldnt feel like my business no longer matters now that I’m not purchasing a new car

Andy was great! We went in to look around and left with my new charger in just a couple of hours. He was informative and kind, and he's been checking in with me regularly to ensure that the things that needed to be fixed on my car are getting fixed. I appreciate this level of customer service!!

I just figured everyone would like to know before going into Van horn in Manitowoc and/or getting your car fixed or shuttled that multiple people their have tested positive for Covid-19. Many of the managers/bosses are still making the coworkers that have tested positive go to work. They obviously do not care about the safety of their workers or their customers.
