Jason Hager at Van Horn Manitowoc was great to work with while buying my new Laramie. He helped me find four Ram trucks I was interested in and when it started to rain, Jason and the manager we worked with, whose name I think was Andrew (I need to work on remembering names), helped bring the trucks inside so I could look them over and compare options to make my decision. Horrible place. Worst dealership ever. No customer care and super unreliable. They cheat and lie. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Had car in for oil change, week later overheating. on side of the road Come to find out hoses not clamped in place. Took back to have fixed along with intake manifold seal and gasket replaced. Look under the hood before driving away and noticed the coolant wasn't even filled. Not confident at all in the service techs.
Nick was our salesperson. He was excellent. Helpful and not pushy at all. We found exactly what we were looking for. Very happy with this company!
Kudos to Adam in the service dept at Van Horn in Manitowoc. I was leaving work tonight and I could not unlock my Durango. I called Van Horn to see if they had any ideas for me. Adam came to my work after hours to help me. I really appreciated his help. I also had some warranty work done there. They were awesome to work with. Thank you Adam for your help.
