I had a very bad experience with a Chrysler dealership in Sheboygan and did not feel I could trust them servicing my new Ram. I called First Chrysler in Manitowoc about servicing my Ram. I liked the service I received during my first visit and will continue to work with them.

I bought a used vehicle that I purchased, and after driving it for 2 months, found out it had some issues. Dan in the Service Dept. was great to work with. I don’t drive Dodge or Jeep vehicles, but after the service that my husband and I received from Dan, we will definitely come back and give them a shot at our next vehicle! Two thumbs up! And Kudos to taking care of your customers‘ after the purchase:)
Chuck is a damn decent guy who will give you a fair shake. I have been taking my motor problems to him for years (35) and (I feel) he has always represented me in the most honorable way. Thank you Chuck for always treating me like family!
Great people working in the service department for last 17 years. I notice changes with the new ownership. As the old saying goes, "Don't try to fix something that aint broke?" (Not my english just a saying) Perhaps something to consider.
