Right after my accident I took my son and I to get checked up. Very polite and helpful. I would recommend this place. There was no waitand we were out of there in 45 minutes.
I visited with my daughter 12/15/14 due to her being ill. The experience was a great, simple and easy. They took care of my daughter and figured out what was wrong with her. I would definitely return if need be. Thank you
The staff was very helpul. The doctor did not check my wound or even change the bandage, all he did was gave me the buss cards for a doctors that could help me with my problem. I was even the one who asked hom if it will be convenient to have another antibiotic, and that is when he said " it might help" . He did not make me feel that I was under medical care The visit was very fast, we spent more time goimg over the charges and ways of payment than getting treated. I went in and out feeling NO different
Wonderful experience, wonderful staff. The doctor even called me the next day to see how I was doing!! This is my "first choice" for an ER. :)
I took my 9y.o. in to have an X-ray after a bad fall. I literally picked her up from the school clinic, went straight to First Choice, had X-rays, met with the doctor, got treatment for a bad sprain, and checked out in less than an hour. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the facility is immaculate.
I took my two year old son in for an abscess, and we were back in the car 45 minutes later. Our doctor was wonderful! Patient, kind, and easy to talk to. I even received a call the next day just to check on how my son was doing. We waited for over three hours in the hospital ER for the same issue a few months earlier, and left without seeing anyone. I am thrilled that there is such a great alternative to the hospital ER. I was really impressed.
Unfortunately my husband suffered a severe gall bladder attack last Friday night. Fortunately we went to First Choice Emergency Room. There was no waiting when they saw how much pain he was in. The emergency room staff had him situated and administered pain medication as soon as practical. The doctor, nurses and staff were all professional, took the time to explain everything to us including the tests they wanted to administer and why. I was very pleased with the staff and the facility. They listened and gave me very personal attention. The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend.
Went in today for an allergic reaction in my eyes. Everyone from the sweet girl at the front to the nurses and Dr were amazing! I was back in a room before I even finished my paperwork. Dr. Kasper was awesome with a great bedside manner!! I was in and out within 30 mins!!! I will be back for sure if I need an ER again for myself or my kids!!
