I took my son here for an ankle injury. Very quick...we were in & out in less than an hour, and the doctor called us the next day to follow-up on his status.
Quick service and a friendly, knowledgeable staff
I had to visit First Choice while on vacation in Houston. I came in at midnight on a Saturday and the staff were wonderful. They were very attentive and got me well on my way to feeling better. I'd recommend these guys to anyone in the area. If I ever need to return - these guys are definitely at the top of my list.
My goodness! They were so professional and I got in quick! They gave me a shot and made me wait more than necessary just for precaution!!! I highly recommend this place. They also gave me specific directions on what to do. Thanks, First Choice! :)
We've made several trips to the Spring Gleannloch First Choice ER over the past several months, the most recent being when I cut my thumb after using a knife where a screwdriver or pair of pliers would have been more appropriate when working on the car. The staff at FCER are friendly, knowledgable, and--most important when you want an ER--experienced (one doctor we saw had spent 35 years in a trauma hospital ER). I hope you don't need an emergency room, but if you do, I can't say enough about First Choice...

We were visiting family in Spring and my husband had a racing heart for over 6 hours....we went to First Choice and they were great.....took him right in and started monitoring and treating. Dr. Agarwal and the RN (forgot his name) were very attentive and caring. Dr. Agarwal had my husband admitted to St, Luke....he and his staff handled everything for us regarding the transfer to St. Luke. Visited late June after playing with my dog and he accidentally got my face instead of his toy. I can honestly not say enough nice things about the staff and facility. I was in and out in 30 minutes and came back to have my stitches out a week later, again in and out in 5. From the Dr and Nurse, to the front desk, I have nothing but great things to say. Thank you so much for the excellent care. I highly recommend!
I took my daughter here when she hurt her eye. The staff and doctor were amazing and super nice! In and out in no time, which honestly, means a lot to me when you are dealing with children.
