I have found definitely found my "FIRST CHOICE" for the future! I visited an urgent care and my primary care Doctor before coming to first choice. No one could help me and I was desperate! The nurses and Doctor worked with my out of state physician and helped me with a procedure no one else would do. They brought me much-needed relief and I nearly missed them as I left. Thank you so much!! I feel so lucky to have them right around the corner!
First Choice Emergency Room took great care of my son. He jammed his finger playing basketball. They took an x-ray and confirmed that his finger was fractured. Everyone was amazing from the time we walked in, to the x-ray technician to the doctor and nurse. They were all so friendly and welcoming. The doctor even called the next day to check on my son. Now that's outstanding customer service! I would recommend FCER to anyone in need of emergency services.
Thank you First Choice for taking care of my 18 yrs old son. While helping his uncle do landscaping; He sliced his leg open (below the knee) after a branch fell from the tree and hit the saw, which sliced into his leg . While my brother rushed him to the ER- I soon was on my way -I was panicking not knowing what to expect when I arrived. Great staff. Very professional and made sure I was treated properly for my break. Would definitely recommend anyone with an emergency medical situation to have them treat you. They are always my family's first choice for emergency care.
Dr. Tran, his nurse, and the rest of his staff were awesome.. it took me 15 mins total from the time I entered the facility to the moment of discharge. I was home within 20 mins. This was truly the best ER service I have ever had.

I had a crew working at my house remodeling. One of the men fell and we thought he had broken his hand. We were greeted by a friendly front desk person. The paperwork was not too cumbersome and we were literally seen by a doctor within 15 minutes of our arrival. The staff was professional and kind. The gentleman I brought into the facility didn't speak English fluently so the doctor had assistance from a Spanish speaking individual on a monitor so that the patient understood his diagnosis and treatment suggestions.
