They looked out for my son and toke care of us with so much care
Very expensive! Just got off the phone with billing and they said they charge a $1400 flat rate to just walk in. Be aware! Will not be our first choice ever again.
We've been to this clinic more than 5 times and my husband went in yesterday due to severe back/hip pain. He was seen quick enough, and was given a shot and a prescription. He told them that due to his schedule he could not go see another doctor until Friday and would like the medicine to last until then, which he was told would be fine. There was approx 15 min wait from the time I signed in, until I went back to the room, but Dr. Kretchsmer was thorough and George my nurse was very kind , and did w great job with my iv, as well as the rad tech who checked on my confortzr still not 100%, but I'm feeling a little better.
This place effin' ROCKS!!!! From waiting room to treatment room in under 5 minutes and the staff is GREAT! All of them were super at tentative, friendly, and the doc's a really cool dude. Not to mention this facility is suuper sick. My first experience with an urgent care place and I can say hands down that this place blows a real hospital away like no other. If you have insurance, don't go here. This ER has mastered the art of providing the right types of service and performing the right types of diagnostic tests to allow upcoding of your visit to the highest possible degree. The scam is simple, and it happens everywhere. ER's get burned all the time by people without insurance who can't afford to pay the bill.
