Went to 3 other urgent care facilities and none were as nice and caring as First Choice Emergency on Spring Cypress. I guess that should have been my "First Choice"
My son and I had a very positive experience at FCER Spring-Gleannloch yesterday. The facility was beautiful, the check in simple and efficient and the staff was great. Thank you.
My son needed to visit on Sunday September 27 with pain in his groin area. The doctors and staff were extremely professional and provided him a ultrasound to verify that he had a vericocele. We have since had this taken care of at Texas Childrens. I would like to commend the staff at First Choice Emergency Room in Spring-Gleannloch for the professional and calming approach to an teenage boy trying to better understand why he had the pain. Outstanding job!
Last Saturday I went in for a severe sore throat which made it difficult for me to swallow or breath while sleeping. The staff and the doctor were kind, fast and efficient. I was home and resting within an hour. I hope I don't need to come back anytime too soon but if I do I'll definitely be going back to First Choice.
Very clean, no wait, and excellent service! !!
Came in on a Sunday and and was immediately looked at. I'd like to thank the staff for doing such a good job. They were professional and on the ball. The place itself is conveniently located and is clean and equipped for just such an incident. I highly recommend this facility and will return in the event a health need is required both for myself and my family.
Our first visit to First Choice Emergency Room occurred after a car accident near the facility. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and had a great sense of humor; which was great for us. We were in and out in no time and were very satisfied with the care we received We highly recommend First Choice Emergency Room!
