This ER was awesome. The Doctor/Nurse was very engaging, informing, and welcoming I enjoyed my 2nd visit again!
fast, friendly service. Was seen and out with my medications in less than an hour. Also very clean!
My 3 year old needed medical attention late at night so we opted to go here instead of the hospital. Everyone we encountered was excellent with her, very good with children. The room we were in had very cute children style painted mural artwork on the wall. My 3 year old felt comfortable there. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would recommend and will come back if needed.
Great experience at First Choice ER last night. Nurse and doc were great and it was a quick in and out. Highly recommend!
My visit to First Choice Spring-Glenloch was very pleasing. It was not a particular busy day, but I was greeted very sincerely at the front desk. I was taken to the back within 5 minutes. Monitored, iodinated, CT scan, diagnosed and discharged in less than one hour. Each of the five staff members I interacted with that day were all very professional, nice and accommodating. I took my son recently and was very impressed with the entire visit. As we entered the door, we were greeted with concern for my son. Extremely professional and caring staff!
Dr. Welch did a great job at giving my 11 month old stitches! The first nurse was great at making her smile and the second nurse was very helpful. Will definitely go back IF we have to :)
