The 24/7 service rocks!! Our visit was on a Sunday afternoon and the service was fantastic. My son received stitches and we were in and out in within one hour. I will definitely come back if needed. Thank you for the great service.
I have to say this facility was just wonderful last night during my son's visit. Everybody greeted us with a smile and comforting hand. We were checked in, treated and checked out in just over an hour. To me that was just incredible!!!! Keep up the great work! You guys are wonderful, I hope not have to come back any time soon but I know if I need help I know where to go!!!! :-) Thank you again !!!
I went to the First Choice Emergency yesterday for short breath, Anxiety and Panic attacks. They were so quick to see me and the nurses were very nice. Doctor Ross was Awesome. He answered all my questions and kept assuring me that I will be okay. something that I really needed to hear after my body was hyperventilating. They were very calm and very nice to me. They offered me with all the care I needed. I will absolutely use this facility for any future ER needs.
Went to this facility because it was very close to where I live and work. Had some neck pain from an accident and was able to be seen right away. Wonderful staff, nurses, techs, and Doctor. Had X-ray's done and was able to get a copy without even asking for one. They gave me a detailed write up of the findings and were open to any questions that I had.
I came in yesterday (08/07/2014) and the service here was amazing. They got me right into a room, I didn't even have time to finish filling out the paperwork. All of the nurses were extremely nice and sensitive to the pain I was experiencing. I would recommend this ER to everyone I know. They are very professional and genuinely want to help you feel better!
We took our 23 month old in last night because of high fever. They were very quick to see us and very kind. The doctor was great and we had an answer immediately and were able to get our prescriptions and get her home before bed time. I will absolutely use this facility again in the future.
