Very little wait time. Very nice, clean, comfortable clinic. Staff was excellent--very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about my child's well being. The best emergency room ever! Would highly recommend!
The entire staff was just wonderful in every possible way. There was no wait time what so ever, which is awesome when you've got a 2 year old to deal with! They were so good with my kid, I was truly amazed. This is the first emergency care visit that was actually enjoyable because of the staff. The doctor was so helpful & explained things perfectly. This is now the only emergency facility I will ever go to in Kingwood from now on!!
We have used First Choice ER two times. Once for my husband 2 summers ago and recently for my daughter. We received great service for both visits. They got us in quickly which is a blessing!
I was seen immediately! This was so great considering I tried to make an appointment with my regular doctor but was told the earliest I could come in would be in 3 days!
I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. I was placed in a room, offered a drink, and was provided a tv with directtv to enjoy between doctor, nurse, and radiologist visits. I had to have several test and a contrast CT all were professionally explained in depth. I would like to Thank the entire staff for the wonderful compassionate care I received. I recently went to First Choice ER with what I thought was a Kidney Stone. There was no waiting and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They reviewed the scan they did there and confirmed it was stone and gave me pain medication and followup information. I was very impressed with the staff and the facilities and would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. It is nice to know there is a place close by they you can be seen in minutes instead of hours.
We were seen in a matter of minutes. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and very caring. Its comforting to know great care is right here in our neighborhood.
