Had a terrible experience and filed a complaint with corporate. It took months to get a return call for my complaint to be heard. I was told nothing was wrong with me (during my visit) but was admitted to a different hospital the next day and had emergency surgery two days later. I still, a year later, haven't gotten any follow up regarding my complaint. Many unreturned phone calls and of course I was charged for the visit although I was essentially asked to leave. I took video of the Doctor's extreme unprofessionalism.
Be very, very careful about your insurance here. Even though they say they take your insurance they really don't and you pay dearly in the end. Out of your own Pocket. Cha Cheng. Wish I would have looked at all the law suits against this health clinic before I went. Too sick to do a background check.
It was the best Emergency Clinic I have ever been to - prompt courteous, professional service. If needed again I will return and recommend.
Came in coughing up blood, they prescribed me cough medicine. They said I might have early signs of pneumonia, it was a pulmonary embolism. Thanks for the $4k cough medicine prescription. Save your money and your life, go to a real emergency room.

This place is always incredible. The staff is super attentive, gets your needs met and gets you in, out and feeling better as fast as possible. The Drs are very thorough and help everything form the common cold to full blown emergency. I went bc I had a severe sinus infection, I had gone to both Medspring and HEB rediclinic prior to going to first choice; both places either had a 2 hr wait or no slots for the day. The service was fast but the doctor was terrible. Doctor was rude, wouldn't listen to anything we said or the symptoms we had. Hurriedly brushed us off even though there was no one else in the ER. I would never come back to this ER again.
I've been twice, each time for my kids, and they were very fast and professional. I'm an ER nurse in the medical center, but this location is so close to home and offers the same services we would provide at my hospital-based ER. The staff was courteous and spoke to my teens in terms they could understand. I'd definitely go back if the need arose.
