Can't say enough about our experience at First Choice ER! We actually went to a main ER at first, but after waiting more than 30 minutes with no service, we left. Went to FCER, checked in, and didn't even get settled in the waiting room chairs when they called us back. Was seen right away by the nurse and x-rays done within 20 minutes. went to First Choice on a Saturday after I fell and hurt my wrist badly. Turned out to be broken. The staff are very courteous cheerful personnel that put you at ease. when taken in the back my wrist was x rayed multiple directions and back to the room the physician Dr. Smith, was very personable with great bedside manner. very caring in there job duties. they wrapped and stabilized my wrist until I could get a cast put on. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of medical attention.
My 15 month old daughter had not been feeling well and as it was a Saturday, we decided to try out First Choice. I am so glad we did. I made an appointment before we left but there was no need. We were the only one's there. They called us back right away and were great with our daughter. They ran a few tests, gave her a breathing treatment and had us on our way quickly without feeling rushed. We will definitely be back if the need arises.
On Saturday I took my husband to First Choice ER in Kingwood for a dog bite, this was our 2nd visit. Once again there was no wait time and the doctor and staff were very nice and efficient. If ever we need ER care again this will be where we come. I highly recommend First Choice ER Kingwood.
Yesterday was our second visit to FCER in Kingwood. A couple of months ago I brought my five year old in for a broken arm. Yesterday I brought my three, almost four year old in for a cut on the back of his head. The staff each time was so friendly and helpful, and we were taken care of very quickly. I definitely recommend this ER for quick and quality care in Kingwood!
Had to go in on a Saturday, which could have ruined my day, but I was treated quickly. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
I made the right decision bringing my son here when he was sick. The staff, service, and building were very pleasant and comforting. I will be coming back if needed to in the future! Thanks for everything :)
In June I took my husband to First Choice ER in Kingwood on Northpark for a spider bite. There was no wait time and we were in and out of there within 15 min. Dr. McLain and his staff were very nice,efficient and caring. They also called the next day to check on him. If ever we need ER care again this is where we will come, I highly recommend First Choice Kingwood!!
LOVED EVERYTHING about our experience at First Choice Emergency Room - Kingwood on Northpark Dr. There was NO wait!!!! The ENTIRE staff was AWESOME!!! I would recommend First Choice ER!!! THEY HAVE A X-RAY MACHINE, AND HAVE A TECH THERE TO OPERATE IT!!!!!
