We have visited this ER several times. They are quick and very thorough and very friendly.
We had to visit this facility today because my Daughter fell and injured her wrist. They were exceptionally nice, thorough and educated. The facility was clean and they took their time with us. My Daughter had a fractured wrist. The only thing is people should know before going in whether they should go to an Urgent care or a ER like this one and how it is billed with their insurance. We have been to this first choice several times. The last time in September because of seizures. Though we ended up still having to go to the hospital for more intense care, the staff was great very helpful.
I gave this ER a chance because it was the closest i could drive to. I was in such pain with my shoulder and was desperate for relief but i knew if i was to get something strong enough to knock out the pain i wouldnt be able to drive home. My husband was out of the country and my son away at drill with his reserve unit so i started calling friends. It turned out that my neighbors son said he was next door at McDonalds. They were very fast. Clear. Informative. And friendly.
I went to FCER on Sunday September 13, 2015 for an injury to my right foot. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and professional from the time we walked in until the time we left. Dr. Smith, the nurse and the Radiology tech showed compassion and care during our visit. Service was prompt and efficient. Hopefully we wont have to return, but if there is another minor emergency, we will certainly return to First Choice ER.
My family has used this ER a couple of times and I recommend it to everyone. The doctors, nurses, and entire staff are always friendly and spot on with their treatment. We have never had to wait and we are in and out in no time. They are great with kids too! Their name fits them perfectly!
We tried to be seen tonight. Husband in horrible pain. After using this place for years with the SAME INSURANCE now all of a sudden they can't see him. The rudeness from the moment we stepped in the building leads me to believe there is more to it! We will NOT return and will no longer recommend this sorry excuse for an er.
First Choice Emergency Room took great care of my husband when he went in with a bad infection. They are so friendly and get you in and cared for so fast. Who knew an Emergency room experience could be good??
