We will make this our go-to place! The staff was friendly and informative. I had a really good experience. Grateful for these 24-hr clinics!!
This was my third trip to First Choice Pflugerville, first time with me as a patient. No waiting, taken right back and the staff are so nice. Hopefully, I won't need to go back for another ER visit, but if I do, this is where I will go!

My son had broke out in a rash and it was spreading as soon as we walked it we waited 1 minute and he was seen. The staff is awesome. If we ever have another problem we will visit again.
This was my first experience and it was a GREAT one! No more hospitals ER. There is no wait, you get one-on-one attention and able to ask questions without feeling rushed. DEFINITELY, a recommendation for those who don't have patience in waiting.

My boyfriend went to First Choice ER recently with a very swollen elbow, fever, chills, dizziness and very high blood pressure. Nothing was mentioned about his fever, blood pressure, etc. The doctor wrote him a prescription for an antibiotic, pain meds and an anti-inflammatory. He also received an anti-inflammatory shot. The clinic let him leave and drive himself home which never should have happened with high blood pressure, high fever and dizziness. We were in Pflugerville visiting my sister for the weekend. I became sick on Sunday night and went to First Choice ER on Monday. From the minute my husband and I walked in, we were treated very well. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable. It was only two hours from the minute we walked out. Lab work, IV fluids, antibiotics, CT scan and results. We were so impressed, would love if one these could be put in the Odessa/Midland area. Thank you, Dr. Jennifer Pepper & your amazing staff.
