First Choice ER made our emergency room visit as pleasant as an emergency room visit can be. My toddler daughter took a spill and sustained a mouth injury. It was night time and I was panicked but the staff at First Choice ER were all so calm and friendly that they totally put me at ease. We were attended to quickly and efficiently and were home well before I expected to be. Thank you, First Choice ER - with two accident prone children, I'm sure we'll be seeing you again. ;-)

I woke up feeling horrible. Walked into this emergency room, they took care of me right away. It was fastest visit and best customer service that I have experience thus far!

I visited First Choice in the middle of the night on November 13th with an allergic reation. They quickly whisked me into treatment and had me diagnosed and feeling better. They were a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. I recommend First Choice Emergency room in any emergency. Thank you Dr.Leung for your concern and follow up call.

I have mixed reviews for this place. While it is an amazing ER as far as wait, front desk staff is awesome and most the doctors are awesome here as well except 1. This is why my review is a mixed one, I would happily come back here or recommend them but tell them to hope they don't get this 1 doctor- Dr.Jennifer Pepper is who I am talking about. I have gotten her a few times when I have come here and she made me feel worse and has one of the worst bedside manners! She doesn't listed to the patient and she was very rude to me... read more
I went to the Pflugerville location around midnight on Labor Day. The staff gave me very prompt service and I was only there for about 30 minutes. They were very professional and responsive to my medical needs. The bill was reasonable, Thank you for taking care of me!
First Choice ER/Pflugerville was close by, friendly and caring! I was seen quickly and treated promptly. I felt like I was part of the care process - helping to decide what was best for me. I will be using First Choice for my whole family.

It was my daughter's first time to the ER. She had an ear infection so I thought the visit would consist of a lot of crying. No, not at all! The staff made her feel safe and cared for. We had a great FIRST visit!

I went in and had no wait and was very impressed with the cleanliness, staff and especially Dr. Gill. No one judged me, it was late evening/early morning, and they even offered my husband a cup of coffee. Found out during our visit there that I have a lumbar issue that has never been diagnosed. Dr. Gill had a great sense of humor and was really knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions. Late one night my wife doubled over in pain and FCER was the closest option for us. The staff was very courteous and got my wife into a room almost immediately. They allowed me to fill out the paperwork as they were assessing her condition which I really appreciated as this was a high stress event for us. I can't say enough about Dr. Casey and the staff at FCER Pflugerville. They treated us better than family and yet their professional skills are extremely high. Thanks so much for making a stressful event less so...
