My son was crying and saying his ear hurt, we took him and right away he was seen... He had an ear infection, Dr. Federico gave him some drops and on our way home he kept telling us "it doesn't hurt anymore". The staff was very professional and helpful. Will definitely refer our family and friends.
Excellent service. Staff was very friendly, service was prompt and the facilities were clean and comfortable.

Took my daughter to this location for treatment, and from the moment we walked in, we were attended to with promptness and friendliness. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, although we didn't have to wait very long before being seen first by the nurse then the doctor on duty. We were in and out in less than an hour, even with lab work being done! I would definitely visit again should the need arise.

I sliced my thumb open last night at 9:30pm while cutting a Brisket. After driving to 3 different ER places that were closed at 8pm, I finally lucked out in finding First Choice Emergency Room. Within 5 minutes they had me admitted and back into a patient room. Dr. Pepper, that really is her name... LOL greeted me and evaluated my cut. The clinic was very clean and we were helped as soon as we walked in. The staff is very nice and helped reassure my friend would be in good hands.
I had amazing customer service. Was taken cared by nurse Jackie and another guy I can't remember did ny ct scan I want to give him major props too. Even got a call the next day to check up on me by Dr. Casey.
