Quick service, very kind, efficient, and honest. Cool people. After a recent visit with a fever I received a card the next day wishing me a speedy recovery signed by all the staff members. Thats pretty awesome. Keeps me going back. Thanks Again Guys!
The staff was great with our 5 yr old. We went in to have 5 staples removed from his head. We were in & out within 5 mins. We highly recommend the FCER Pflugerville - 1825 location for the unwanted urgent care needs.

We went in because my husband was feeling extremely sick. It was in the middle of the night with our two kids. They were amazing here. One guy was training and he was still so welcoming and nice to us. They have a wonderful kid's corner to keep the kiddos busy (thank god) and they even gave my daughter a coloring page to color on while she was waiting for dad. My husband ended up having the flu. My husband and I just moved to the area about 5 months ago this was the first time here we had to go to an er I havent had the best experience were iam from so i was already dreading the trip but when we got there we were greeted with a friendly staff who were very helpful from the doc to the nurse it was an all around excellent visit if i should need to return here is were ill go!

These guys rock! I've been to them twice and I couldn't ask for better care! Anytime something's wrong with me, I will definitely go to these guys. Thank you guys for being so great!
I've visited First Choice ER twice now and will definitely continue going there. They do all the same stuff as a hospital but are way faster and way more convenient! If you want to wait forever to be seen, go to a hospital but it you want fast, great, friendly service, go to First Choice Emergency! !
