The staff at First Choice is amazing. They are so friendly and they do anything to make your visit to the ER a good one. It's very clean and nice in there also. I would recommend to ER to anyone and everyone.
First Choice ER will be my families only CHOICE! I went in and was promptly greeted from the front desk staff...although it was very late I still received service as if it was the day shift! Dora was very courteous and friendly! My wait time was less than 10 minutes...I hadn't even completed my paperwork and I was being called to the back! I took my girlfriend to the ER last night. She was in so much pain. We went to First Choice in Pflugerville. It was the best place to go. It is clean the staff is friendly and we were in and out. The doctor was awesome too. Sometimes the doctors in the ER are so unfriendly and this one was the opposite. We talked basketball and football while waiting. I will definitely use them in the future.

Loved First Choice in Pflugerville!!! I had been having chest pains for two days when I finally listened to my friends and BCBS nurse and went to First Choice. I was taken right in and treated exceptionally. From the front desk people to the nurses and Doc ! Tests were run and results returned in record time. Very Important! I will go back if ever I need an ER. Thank you First Choice!

Been here 2 times with my husband. He is so happy about the service quality is better then regular hospital they take care you faster and got better after Giving medicine we highly recommend this place to every one.
