The staff there is fantastic! Got there about 8:30 pm, was taken right away, and they would not let us leave, until, they thought for sure we were better!, about 11:45. Never, ever go anywhere else . So sorry, forgot names, but they were excellent!
Quick, efficient they even gave my daughter apple juice and stickers while we waited the short time we were there . Awesome place the best by far
The staff, from front desk to nurse, to Dr. were all very friendly and efficient and through. There was no wait and I was in and out quickly.
The most pleasant ER visit I've ever had. Prompt and very courteous service. Polite and very informative staff, they kept us informed every step of the way. They took excellent care of my son. I would recommend First Choice for medical care.
Best ER experience I've ever had! My 10 yr old sliced his finger open right at bedtime, 9pm, and I also had my 4 yr old with me, too. This place is right around the corner, so I knew it was our best bet but wasn't sure what to expect. They were so amazing! I had already put their dad on notice that he may need to come get the little one, thinking it was gonna take forever, but they saw him immediately. They offered me coffee right away, too. Great services the staff were very honest about the pricing and procedures no surprises and we're always making sure we were ok while we waited.
The staff here were so professional, courteous, and just overall pleasant. They were very attentive to not only my husband's needs but to mine as well (I wasn't a patient, I was just cold). I would certainly visit this facility in the event that I become ill in Pflugerville or near another location of First Choice. Great people, great service!!
