I would definitely come back when needed. Me & My girlfriend rode in on a bike the next day after my car accident . They Seen me asap and they were very polite. During the whole process they made me feel so comfortable. Towards the end of my visit they offered us some Gatorades for the rode .They even gave us a bag to put them in for the rode. They really made our day after it being so stressful the day before. I Thank them so much for their awesome hospitality!
My son had a basketball accident with a group of friends on Thanksgiving evening. He's 16 and a "tough" kid. The hand was completely swollen and crumpled. I was calm (on the outside). We walked in and from the beginning to the end we had the best experience ever. Each step was explained with compassion, even the upfront price since we do not have insurance. Horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL emergency room.
The Doctor and nurses were extremely nice and understanding, and made sure they helped me to the fullest of their ability!! I was taken back within ten minutes and home in bed resting quickly after they provided excellent care!! I have been to this location twice so far,and both times was seen by different staff with the same friendly,attentive and kind care!! Amazing staff. They are friendly and have a sense of urgency. Very respectful and fast. In and out in under 30 minutes.
People are really nice. Unfortunately it seems they can charge you whatever they want for doing next to nothing. I had a fever and was throwing up and had stomach issues I went in, they gave me a pill for the nausea, took my blood pressure and stuff but never did any blood test or anything. Basically just gave me a pill and some water. Now I'm stuck paying over 1000 dollars. For. One. Pill. Ridiculous that corporations can get away with charging you whatever they want (I had insurance too)
