Firelands Plumbing thanks for working around a difficult schedule, doing a great job on repairs AND taking a few steps to replace and move some items that were VERY outdated and would not have passed a future inspection if not for your "preventive" medicine/fix-it steps. Not that I'm thrilled (NOT AT ALL) about all the plumbing disasters happening simultaneously at home, but these guys are by FAR the best at diagnosing, explaining, and getting things done quickly and PROPERLY. 2 previous plumbers completely misdiagnosed our issues, costing hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing, and they're on top of all of it. You can't go wrong, especially if you have an older home (ours is 136 years old, with some remaining original plumbing). Rob and Steve are AWESOME!!
Service people were polite. Owner has zero customer service ability. Owner would not take ownership of a mistake . Best words were " what do you want to do about it". Would not recommend.
They got my messed exterior faucet very quickly and looks alot nicer now too
