Work done well and good. Used them for a sump pump great experience good price. Used them for a hot water tank got majorly overcharged but the work was done well. Asked for an itemized receipt would not provide. only found out was too high since a family member also had a hot water tank replaced for about half of what they charged me. We called to get an estimate. One of their workers showed up and inspected the problem to be told by the boss that the estimate would cost 175 because we would be selling the home. The buyers of our house have plans to fix it and the excuse was we weren’t the ones doing it so no free estimate. While it says free estimates on the side of the car..
Firelands plumping is pleasent and prompt, the willingness to help fix the problem and professional mannerisms and timely manner to fix the problem succeeded our expectations. The lady who answered the phone seem really nice and courteous and even called after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied and didn't need anything else. I will 100 percent be willing to use firelands again!
firelands plumbing came to our rescue with little notice late at night when water was spewing everywhere , I could not get any other company to answer my car. it was a dire emergency and I'm thankful for their services and compassion as well as understanding from the secretary, I do believe that's who I spoke too.
