The girl that answers the phone at Firelands Plumbing is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She scheduled Dane to come out to our house for a gas leak and not only was he very efficient and professional, he even came out a second time to reassure my now paranoid self that there was in fact no more gas leak. Great company with great people! I highly recommend them!!

Called Firelands yesterday with a non- emergency problem with a toilet that did not flush properly. I assumed the problem was a plugged sewer line. Dane arrived today as scheduled, and quickly diagnosed the problem as clogged ports inside the toilet. He cleaned them out, and within 10 minutes the toilet flushes properly. And no attempt to up- sell me on things I do not need. Thanks, Dane!
Absolutely great service. Gage came to our home today and was very professional and courteous. Gage provided "white glove service." We certainly will call Firelands Plumbing in the future for our plumbing issues.
