Wow!!!! What an absolute disappointment! These reviews posted clearly mean nothing. I called, 4 TIMES just to try and get an estimate for work at our home. The girl who answers the phone seemed nice but either she’s not handling the calls or the estimator is not following through with the calls coming in. At this point I blame both. RecommendedCalled with an emergency and Andrea was very nice and helpful on the phone. Rob and Colby came right over and fixed my issues. They were both a pleasure to have in my home very polite and professional. Would recommend Firelands Plumbing to anyone!
Sewer line was clogged, called at 5 pm, they called back within a couple minutes, had them out by 6pm. Jetted the line, ran the camera had us flowing again! Great work and affordable.

coby and dane showed up to do a plumbing job for us. they had to go under a nasty spider infested crawl space, explained everything that was going on and gave us a fantastic deal. i highly recommend firelands plumbing for your plumbing problems. Thank you again Dane and coby for a fantastic job.

The Landlord for your apartment/rental was notified as to why we would not be making the repairs on your tub/shower valve. We did however tell them that we would return to repair after the situation was corrected.
Called Sunday for emergency service best they could do was Wednesday at 11 and cancelled Wednesday at nine am. Thanks for nothing! Leaking water in my basement and now I have to wait for someone else. Hopefully someone that truly does same day service and won’t cancel last minute

Hi Sarah, the morning that we had your mom scheduled we had called and text with no response at 8:35 & 8:40. Not sure if we had numbers mixed up, we had texts coming from different numbers. We were running behind that morning and we were trying to find out if that was OK or if we had to reschedule, because we know that there was a helper waiting on us. They were able to fit us in in very short notice. The plumber was on time, quick and efficient! Would definitely recommend Firelands Plumbing!
Definitely came and did the job as expected...Rob and Brian were 100% polite and went and both above and beyond their call of duty!!!...We will definitely use them for our future plumbing and sub pump issues
